“Avoid if you can”

I was annoyed by the motorway noise, so I had to keep my window shut; the summer heat was unbearable without air conditioning, and the ventilation felt inadequate. The concrete building with its small windows and worn‑down rendered walls (crépi) clearly needs a facelift. The pool was also a let‑down: the bottom wasn’t very clean and the edges are in urgent need of repair.

I had an excellent stay at Novotel Orgeval with my family. I especially want to thank Seloi and Mélaine at reception for their friendliness, professionalism, and availability. From the moment we arrived, they greeted us with smiles and were very attentive to my kids, instantly putting us at ease. They were always listening and ready to help, making our stay even more pleasant. Their kindness, cheerfulness, and sense of service deserve recognition. I also want to praise the restaurant team. Service was flawless from start to finish: welcoming, smiling, attentive, and very professional staff. We appreciated the quality of the welcome and the team’s willingness to ensure our comfort. The meals were excellent and the atmosphere particularly enjoyable, greatly contributing to a successful family stay. We will keep a great memory of our visit and will return with pleasure. KOFFI Miezan. I have nothing to criticize about this hotel. My stay in Orgeval went very well, the staff was welcoming, the room comfortable, and the services were quality. Everything met my expectations. ☺️😘

I really like this hotel; the staff are very friendly and pleasant, even at the bar. Honestly, I love this hotel; I’ve been going there since COVID, and my family and I have stayed dozens of times. We love it, nothing to say.

The staff are especially welcoming and caring. The pool is pretty and very clean, which is nice! Everything went very well, but it’s a shame we couldn’t stay a bit longer to enjoy the pool. The 50‑euro surcharge seems a bit excessive.
