The comfort is great, especially for families with kids; the activities are nice, food is decent in price and quality, there are no luxury dishes, and all desserts are bad. We asked for a room change because the two small beds were not a double; they switched us to a room with a newly renovated bathroom, but part of the ceiling with plaster fell. Still, the Sun Club staff responded immediately and resolved the issue.

The staff were very friendly, but the rooms smelled like a sewer, the property was under repair, and the all‑inclusive food was the worst—there’s only one buffet that doesn’t need a reservation but offers no variety, the food isn’t tasty, and all breakfasts and lunches are served there. Other restaurants require reservations through an app that doesn’t work and is only for dinner; the recommended option is to buy their membership for $30 per person per day. The $200 they mention are discount coupons that limit you to certain services, e.g., $10 off a wine purchase that must be over $45. The spa discount doesn’t apply because the price they quote is the same with or without the coupon. Drinks are served in a paper coffee cup; they should use thermal cups.

The beach was clean and free of seaweed or filth, and the complex itself was “okay.” The room was outdated and not clean; when we arrived the bed had a smell and wasn’t ready. We told reception, but nothing was done. The next day it seemed better, but the sheets still smelled like humidity and sweat, which was unpleasant. The sofa felt and looked dirty, so we couldn’t use it. The food was bland and disorganized in the restaurants. It’s a hit and miss.

Everything was great, but the best part was the pool in front of the room with a view of the sea from there! Thanks. The only thing missing was music on the beach.

I enjoyed the two bars with Premium drinks and the themed restaurants, and the overall facilities were good, but we were not assigned a King‑size bed as we had booked, and my wife’s coat disappeared from the room.
