The location is perfect, very quiet, the bed is extremely comfortable, and I love the balcony where you can chill. Nothing really.

This place has a great location, right by the Mae Kha canal and just a 15-minute walk from the old town. However, it's more like a B&B than a hotel - the services are pretty basic. It's not a bad option if you're looking for a budget-friendly place to stay, but don't expect too much in terms of amenities.

We booked a private room at this place, which was essentially a hostel with a private room. It had the basics: a bed, shower, and desk. The location was great, just a 10-minute walk to 7-11 and a 13-minute walk to the laundry self-service. The price was super affordable, and for that, we didn't mind the hard bed or the lack of fresh towels for the three nights we stayed.

Our room was a big plus - it was quiet and had a balcony with a great view of the mountains. However, the cleanliness was a bit of an issue, and the beds were a bit too hard for our liking. It was a pretty basic setup, but the room size made up for it.
