At first I was worried that the hotel wasn’t in the strict city centre and that getting around might be troublesome, but I was completely wrong—everything exceeded my wildest expectations. From the moment I stepped in, the staff’s extraordinary friendliness and helpfulness made me feel welcome, and the gentleman who carried my luggage straight to the room was exceptionally courteous. The hotel itself is spotless, with rooms that shine and are crafted with meticulous attention to detail, instantly making you feel at ease. The real gem, however, is the pool area: full of relaxation, soothing background music, and a cosy atmosphere, and because there were no crowds I could unwind and recharge in absolute peace. Piastun in Krynica-Zdrój is a place with a wonderful vibe that I’ll gladly return to, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking genuine rest.

The staff’s human approach made us feel at home, everything was clean, and the wellness, sauna, pool, and whirlpool were all excellent. We felt comfortable and had everything we needed; we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend it.

The place was fantastic, featuring a spacious, well‑kept spa zone. The breakfasts were exceptional, and the delicious homemade treats won our hearts. The owner was wonderful, very helpful, shared plenty about the area and gave us recommendations, showing genuine interest in guests and available all day. We’ll definitely come back. While we were there, they were constructing the external spa areas, so we’re eager for their completion. I highly recommend this spot.
