I appreciated the hotel's proximity to Penn State University, which made it a convenient choice for my visit. However, I was initially drawn to the hotel because I had paid for a package that included early check-in, late checkout, and a $25 credit, but when I arrived, none of these perks were honored, which was a bit frustrating.
