De faciliteiten, de ligging, het zwembad, het ontbijt was allemaal voortreffelijk. Personeel was soms niet zo vriendelijk en spraken meestal geen Engels. Gelukkig was het aan de receptie wel prima!

The pool. For those walking the Via Francigene it’s not an ideal place to stay. The staff could use customer‑service training – none of them were engaged or smiled at us. Breakfast was disappointing, and at dinner Parmesan cheese was served in individual plastic packs!!!
