Clean. We have experienced the following problems: 1. Noise: The nightclub directly opposite the hotel has disturbed our sleep, which is a serious problem when travelling with a young child. This was not clearly communicated anywhere before booking. 2. Room downgrade: After we complained, the hotel moved us to a different room. The new room has no sea view and is on a lower floor, which is a cheaper room category than the one we paid for. 3. Facilities: The kids' club, which was an important reason for choosing this hotel, is closed for the season. 4. Service: Staff have been unfriendly each time we have raised a request

The establishment was extraordinary—clean, with friendly staff and good value for money, and the meals were top quality and varied. The only downside was that the languages spoken were Spanish, English, and German; no French.
