The hotel is very close to historic sites. They set up a parking spot along the road, which was nice and we had no issues. It would be better if there were a hook behind the bathroom door for hanging items; we used the thermostat pipes instead. Other than that, the bathroom was good.

The room was adequately sized, the amenities simple but sufficient. The location was good because it was close to the center—about a 10‑15 minute walk, so no problem. I had hoped the hotel would be quieter since it’s on a cul‑de‑sac, but that wasn’t the case. During my stay, a construction site a few dozen meters from the hotel brought significant noise, dust, and parking trouble. The two young staff members were not very competent. The bathroom in the room was tiny and heavily scented with disinfectant, which probably kept it from smelling bad otherwise.

The location is fine, but the room wasn’t clean. Staff took photos of guests’ IDs and passports on their personal phones, violating Kosovo laws, and they wouldn’t provide an invoice.

The hotel is excellent, close to the center, clean, and everything you need is provided; the staff are beyond words for their hospitality and good attitude—I sincerely thank them for everything! Stay healthy and keep welcoming guests so uniquely! I hope to see you again soon.
