The location is amazing. The room had a balcony with a view of the harbor. If I ever return to the country, I’ll definitely choose this place again.

The location, clean and comfortable rooms, and good breakfast were all excellent.

The room, the view, the pool, and the breakfast were all positive. The evening buffet was a downside.

The food left a lot to be desired; I don’t recommend the buffet or the breakfast at all, and it feels too pricey for what it is.

The building’s décor was pleasant and the bed was comfortable. However, we had many issues: 1) Our key cards kept failing and had to be reprogrammed at least 12 times over a four‑night stay. 2) The sauna and steam baths were nice, but you must call a staff member to activate them, and they were never at the desk; after waiting 30 minutes we gave up. 3) The room‑service menu looked good, yet minutes after ordering they called saying the item wasn’t available. 4) At the restaurant they push the buffet dinner; if you opt for a la carte it can take 50 minutes to arrive, even though the place is never more than 10% full. 5) I chose to take the stairs down from the second floor, marked as an “exit”; once inside the stairwell I couldn’t get out because the doors were locked. I had to bang on the door for several minutes until someone heard me, which was a serious safety concern. I spoke with the “security manager”, who apologized and promised to fix it, but I never saw the fix. 6) Military ships that dock in the port often send their crews on leave by bus, filling the lobby all day with Korean, Dutch, and Italian crews who stay on their phones; they also crowd the pool and gym. During our four days, this limited lobby seating options drastically. 7) The restaurant does not serve alcohol; while understandable, this wasn’t clearly stated anywhere, or perhaps we missed it.
