It was a real joke – doors that wouldn't close, no hot water at the entrance, a technician who was dirty, a shower stall leaking, no breakfast, and incompetent staff.

Close to the metro and amenities, seemed friendly at first, but the man who greeted me was horrible. He watched me lug my bags without offering help, then told me I had too many items for one night and wouldn’t even hold the elevator door for my luggage. The apartment was communal and not mentioned in the listing; the same man told me to lock myself in when showering. I later saw him in a room next to mine, so I left for another hotel. He saw me leave and simply shut the door. Worst experience in Rome. Sorry for the bad review, but I had a terrible time.

Esperienza estremamente negativa. Nonostante avessi comunicato con largo anticipo l’orario di arrivo, mi hanno fatto aspettare più di mezz'ora davanti il portone esterno della palazzina per fare il check-in. La camera assegnata non corrispondeva affatto a quella mostrata nelle foto al momento della prenotazione. La "camera" (se così si può definire) era di dimensioni ridottissime, con una brandina cigolante alta circa 10 cm da terra, per giunta non ancora preparata con le lenzuola al mio arrivo (ore 19.15). Niente a che vedere con le foto viste al momento della prenotazione, che evidentemente mostrano un'altra sistemazione. Il problema più grave, però, è stato che la porta della camera non si chiudeva dall’esterno: questo significa che ogni volta che uscivo, chiunque poteva entrare liberamente nella stanza. Una situazione assolutamente inaccettabile sotto ogni punto di vista, sia per la sicurezza che per la privacy. La cucina con balcone, dove ci si aspetterebbe un’area comune, era in realtà occupata da un’altra brandina, abitata da una famiglia, come fosse una camera aggiuntiva di fortuna. Everything was practically zero hygiene: mold in the fridge, dirty toilets covered in dust, a dirty balcony, no toilet paper in the bathroom, and the TV and AC weren’t working. This forced us to leave the property a day early. Terrible experience.
