The promising online review didn’t match reality. Parking on the opposite gravel lot is tight, the attendants look shady, and my car got damaged (by unknown parties). The hotel feels old, staff are cut back even when fully booked, and the location doesn’t encourage outdoor activities. Rooms with a mountain view (+10 €) should be avoided because of the street noise.

The room was spacious with a huge bed and a balcony; breakfast was plentiful and the staff were charming. Everything was perfect.

The hotel is very pretty and we even got upgraded. The room was beautiful, spacious with a balcony and a stunning view of the mountains. We were a bit disappointed by the town of Digne les Bains, the hotel restaurant was mediocre, and the dining room was too large.
