The breakfast that was included was mediocre, and the hotel is very far from the city center. The reception was rushed, the full payment included a safari, but no one came to pick me up on the morning of the safari; I had to call the manager who then had to drop me off on a motorcycle at the safari site.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was genuinely impressed by the overall experience; the new interiors look fresh, elegant, and very well maintained. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, and the Roman blinds add a classy and modern touch while providing excellent privacy and light control. The food was another major plus—everything we ordered was fresh, delicious, and well presented, and the taste and quality were really good. The combination of ambience, comfortable rooms, stylish Roman blinds, cleanliness, and delicious food makes this hotel a very pleasant place to stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and nicely run hotel. Every thing was Super.

There are definitely cleaner facilities in the area, but the first room had a dirty and broken bathroom and they swapped me to another room; the second room was still dirty but at least the bathroom was intact, so avoid it.

The food was great and freshly prepared, but the staff moved our safari reservation from zones 1‑5 to 6‑10 because of the rain. All the tigers were in zones 1‑5, which were completely dry, so we didn’t see a single tiger at the best time of year.
