The spot was great and the price was solid, and the rooms were comfy and spotless. The only thing that could improve was a brighter overhead light in the bathroom; the shower felt a bit dark, but that’s a very minor inconvenience.

The location is excellent, and it was really great for four people—relatively spacious, a large bathroom, four beds giving each person their own space, plus a mini fridge, which is fantastic; Andrea was always attentive and very friendly.

The spot is in a quiet neighborhood and the coffee maker is always available.

The spot we liked most was its location—super connected to the iconic monuments, and the shuttle bus is just a 5‑minute walk, perfect for airport transfers. The single room had very comfortable beds and the value for money was solid. The lift feels like a relic (great if you’re into antiques) but it wasn’t always working. Rooms sit on the second floor, so moving luggage or navigating with limited mobility is a real hassle. The outlets aren’t placed in convenient spots.

Andrea was quick to help and arranged an early check‑in for us; the location was lovely, in a nice area. Getting in was easy and organized, no waiting for anyone—you can self‑check in. There was a bit of damp on the wall, but everything else was great—modern, comfy beds, just what you need for a short Rome trip.
