The spot was great, right in front of the Vatican Museum. Staff were super helpful, especially Diana who sorted out the city tax issue. The AC made a lot of noise, the room was cramped, though there was a spare space for bags. The bathroom was tiny and the toilet’s pressure pump kept making noise every time we used it. The bed felt small for my husband, who’s 6ft 3”.

The location was amazing next to the Vatican Museums. Self‑check‑in was a breeze and quick. Rooms were spacious and comfy, and the value for money was unbeatable.

The room was tidy and a decent size. Beds were comfy, the bathroom was roomy and clean, and everything we needed was easy to find. We liked watching the crowds queue for the Vatican museums across the street. Getting into the building was tough because the virtual door “buttons” in the email didn’t work with my weak internet. When I called for help—something I hate—I was relieved the woman who answered fixed it fast, but I still felt bad for not following the instructions myself. With the window open, traffic and people outside made it very noisy, and the water from showers and toilets elsewhere in the building sounded like a giant teakettle boiling. We couldn’t drop off luggage earlier in the day.

The stay was perfect, right in front of the Vatican Museum entrance and super easy to reach by metro and nearby bus stops. Getting into the apartment was a breeze. The room was very spacious, with ventilation and AC if needed. The only issue was on our last night when the hot water stopped working for some reason.
