The staff were friendly and did daily cleaning, and the shared kitchen is handy if you’re on a tight budget; there's also a pool for after the beach, and the neighborhood offers cheap lunches and shops far cheaper than the center. However, it’s not really close to the beach—if you can’t walk much it’s a problem, about 20 minutes on foot to the San Andrés letters area, and 35‑40 minutes to Spratt Bight, so I had to take a motorbike taxi all the time.

The staff were very good and always polite, but the cleanliness was terrible: the kitchen, fridge, and utensils were filthy, the room was dusty, the bathrooms had mold, and the photos didn’t match the place.

Shaori was incredibly courteous, and her colleague was just as friendly; they were quick to help with anything we asked for. The whole place was tidy and always spotless, which we really appreciated. The only downside was that the mattress in our room showed some wear – not a huge problem, but it could use a quick replacement.

The hotel offers a real sense of calm, perfect if you’re looking to unwind. The only catch is that it sits a bit away from the city centre, so you’ll need to plan a short ride to reach the main attractions.
