The hotel was excellent, the room was spotless, the staff were very helpful, and they let me into the room two hours early; I thanked them for that.

“It was alright, wouldn't be the first choice if I have to book a hotel again”

The place is well located near shops and the main road, the lobby feels modern, and the staff were super helpful. When we first arrived, we weren’t happy with the room and asked for a swap; they gave us until 2 pm to see if something was available for the three of us, told us to pack up and leave everything in the room as we were leaving, and when we returned the new room was ready and our luggage had already been moved. The staff were genuinely helpful throughout, and everyone we met was friendly. Breakfast was good with a nice variety of options. The room itself felt outdated and needed TLC: the initial room had a mouldy smell, the toilet flush was intermittent, the bedding had an unwashed scent, and we found hair under the quilt. Construction started at 9 am, and although we were told it would happen, it was directly above our room, which was not ideal after a long flight.

We stayed here again and it still works for us: a boutique vibe, serviced‑apartment style rooms, a great spot with world‑class restaurants and shops just steps away – our new home away from home in Bangkok! Nothing to complain about.
