Breakfast and dinner are always top quality. The room is clean, large, and there are plenty of parking spaces. The view is beautiful.

I booked half‑board and was very impressed by the abundant starters buffet, and the food tasted great. The breakfast buffet was also perfect. The staff were very friendly and attentive. I really enjoyed the spa and the outdoor whirlpool. The spacious room had a balcony with a very nice view. My expectations were clearly exceeded.

The rooms are very large, well equipped, and the beds are comfortable. The young staff are extremely friendly and attentive. The food – we had half‑board – is outstanding! Breakfast leaves no wish unfulfilled, and the 5‑course dinner is equally impressive! The wellness area is generous (though you might want to reconsider that the sauna opens before 14:30 h) and the pool area with outdoor access is top. The hiking offers are also very good. Sports and games are available in the neighboring building. Unfortunately, there is a huge downside: the rooms facing the street (right on the Jaufenpass) are unbearably noisy during the day. I’m a motorcyclist myself, but what many of my “colleagues” allow is simply criminal. The high‑end cars are no better.

The hotel’s location offers an exceptionally good distant view. The sauna and pool are very pleasant after hiking. The staff are friendly and attentive. The food is very good for this category, although it was even better earlier. The guided hikes are great. Unfortunately, most tours had too few registrations, so they were cancelled. There are no lifts nearby. For the hiking tour you need a car. On weekends, the noise from motorcyclists and so‑called sports cars is unbearable. The extra fee for a dog is 19 €/day. Dogs are not allowed in the dining room; alternative spots are second‑rate. The junior chef unfortunately lacks the empathy of his father, who has withdrawn.
