The employees were extremely helpful and kind, always going above and beyond. The facilities and spa were perfect for relaxing and rejuvenating.

The staff were courteous and friendly. The hotel itself was very charming, and I loved the DaVinci theme. The spa area on the bottom floor was very serene. No negatives.
