The hotel sits right in the center with easy access to Highway 7 and the 407. Check‑in was quick and efficient, though I was a bit disappointed that my early‑check‑in request, made almost a week ahead, wasn’t honored. The room was clean and comfy, and the beds were so cozy that waking up for breakfast felt like a challenge. We stayed in a 2‑bedroom suite, perfect for our family of five. It was well equipped with basic amenities and a kitchenette that was a real bonus: a huge fridge with a separate freezer, a 4‑burner stove, microwave, dishwasher, and toaster. Bathroom water pressure was good with seamless hot and cold flow. Breakfast selection was excellent and staff were quick to restock items that disappeared fast—scrambled eggs, breakfast sausage, bacon, pancakes, cereal, oatmeal, a wide range of breads including bagels and muffins, plus juice and coffee. You leave the service area fully energized for the day. The staff were friendly and courteous, and even the backend crew like housekeeping and maintenance greeted you in the hallways. I’ll definitely return and recommend this place for long family stays. Housekeeping could be a bit more attentive—on some occasions the room wasn’t cleaned properly, supplies like dishwasher pellets and tissue boxes were missing, and there was a spill in the oven that stayed uncleaned for almost two weeks; housekeeping should inspect and clean the oven as well.

The place was clean and cozy, and the breakfast was excellent. Check‑in was quick and the staff were friendly, even though it was a busy concert night. The only downside was that there could have been a bit more seating for breakfast, or that people were asked to leave once they finished.

The place is well situated, close to the metro. We were five adults and the pull‑out couch simply couldn’t accommodate us—it was too small and too slanted.
