The staff let us drop our suitcases a few hours before and after check‑in and check‑out. The bathroom was dirty and cramped, the shower drain didn’t work well and the pipes smelled awful. Small ants were in both the bathroom and the room. The carpet jammed the bathroom door. Towels and toilet paper were missing.

I never got to stay there because the app had no self‑check‑in instructions. I emailed support, but nobody replied. I could only leave a message on the answering machine with my WhatsApp number. When I finally arrived, there were no instructions. I stayed for a while, but between 00 and 01 am it was unsafe to wait outside in the dark street near two railway stations that looked very unsafe. After I left, I received a WhatsApp message with instructions, but I didn’t think it was safe to return at 01 am given the app‑only communication rule. I lost the money and had to find another hotel in the middle of the night that had a reception and safer conditions. Since that day I still haven’t received any support response.

The location is great, the metro station is over‑built. Self‑check‑in is very easy. The room feels a bit dusty if you’re sensitive to grit, and the toilet paper holder was very broken.

The location is fantastic for Eurostar. The toilet seat was broken; the sheet was stained, the window was stuck, and it wasn’t very clean. It needs a deep clean.
