Honestly, the room was clean, had a comfortable mattress and a good shower. The rest of the place is a real no‑go. Booking room 4 turned out to be a huge letdown because the group photos I saw promised an ensuite kitchen, but the actual room had none—those photos misled me about the amenities. Inside, it was freezing after 7 pm when the heating was already off, with the outside temperature at 7 °C. The doors were leaky, with a gap of about 5 cm that let in a constant draft, and any noise from the entire floor echoed straight into the room with every guest’s step. The furniture was uncomfortable and hard, adding to the misery. The price‑to‑quality ratio here is tragic and completely inappropriate for what’s offered.

“Serdecznie polecam”

This is my fourth stay at Heven and every time I’m very satisfied. Check‑in is easy—even late at night—there’s ample parking, the room is comfortable and stays cool in summer, everything is very clean, the owners are helpful, and the location is great. I especially appreciate the corner where you can make coffee or use the fridge—big plus.

The room was large and clean, and the staff were friendly, but the barking dogs nearby the pension were annoying.
