The view is beautiful, the spot is secluded. Two bedrooms, a fireplace, a pool (but it was too cold to use). The grounds are lovely, there’s a shared barbecue area in a gazebo for three houses, and the host is friendly and speaks English well. The bathroom is nice. The man who watches over the houses is friendly (though he doesn’t speak English or Russian, but everything is understandable). The main downside is the dirty floors – it felt like everything needed washing. Kitchen areas were not fully equipped, missing salt and some small spoons. The plumbing and other fixtures are worn and need renovation. The shower splashes onto the floor around it, leaving everything wet (this seems common in Georgia – not sure why a curtain isn’t used), and there was no shower gel. Small details, but there’s a sense that the houses run on autopilot without much investment or cleaning.

A perfect place, right in the heart of Georgia's nature. Fantastic view. Spacious and comfortable cabin. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

The spot is spot on, overlooking the lake and mountains, and the glass room in the cottages is a real treat; the staff were helpful and cooperative. On the downside, there’s no closet, the bathroom needs some upkeep, and you’ll have to drive to the nearest grocery store, with only one restaurant within walking distance.

The cabin’s location is good and the TV comes with an entertainment package, which is nice. However, we were charged for six people even though the room only had two large beds, not three, and the extra sheets, pillows, and blankets were insufficient. The beach hot tub was broken and never fixed, the electric pillows caused a short circuit but fortunately no damage occurred, and we had to wait for a portable stove to be supplied, which they eventually did.
