The staff were helpful and friendly, and the location was convenient. However, the cleanliness could be improved – there were hair on the sheets and shower tray, and the windows were very dirty.

The room was very warm and the bathroom was spacious. The kitchen and living area were shared. The bathroom door didn’t close from the inside.
