The location is good, and the restaurant set among the lawns is nice. Breakfast offers very basic options. The rooms are too small and would benefit from some renovation.

The historic charm and delightful antiquity of this hotel, housed in the former residence of the local Maharaja’s sister, offer a unique experience with period furnishings. The restaurant is excellent and the staff are attentive, providing great value for money. The comfort and equipment of the rooms could use a bit of modernization. Be sure to request accommodation in the historic building, as the annex lacks charm and is notoriously noisy due to its proximity to the road.

I stayed here again, and it was worth it!

The hotel feels like a quiet island away from the city’s bustle. The building is an old Victorian palace that keeps a unique character without pretension. It’s surrounded by well‑kept gardens you can enjoy all day, even late at night when the bar stays open until 11 pm. The food selection is great, especially the Indian menu we loved. The staff are kind, friendly, and extremely helpful. We loved our experience at the Green Hotel. We loved everything.

The building’s architecture was nice, and the staff were responsive and polite. The room was cramped, had mold, and smelled weird. We didn’t have Wi‑Fi coverage in our room area either. Water wasn’t provided, and a 1 L bottle cost 32 rupees. The room was way too overpriced.
