Breakfast is sufficient, rooms are spacious, and the beach is close. The hotel’s surroundings are very dirty and poorly maintained.

The staff were lovely and super helpful, and the rooms stayed clean, spacious, comfortable, with the cleaning team leaving cute little towel creations on our bed each day. The pool was large, clean, and fairly quiet, while the villas sat right on the beach and directly near the port, which was perfect. The beach itself was quiet and calm for most of the day and featured a carved-out swimming spot. The location was ideal, on a quiet patch of the beach, and only a short walk along the beach to Walking Street. Breakfast offered a really good range of options, and although we didn’t travel with kids, the pool and a little play area near the bar/breakfast area would be great for them.

The location is close to Koh Lipe’s walking street—just a 5‑minute walk by the shore. The room is spacious, the pool is large, and the surrounding view is very peaceful and relaxing. The dogs along the shore keep barking at us; they should be kept locked while tourists are picnicking or taking photos on the beach.
