It’s very quiet, surrounded by nature, a spacious basic apartment with a kitchen that has all the necessary utensils, and plenty of walking opportunities nearby. Pistoia is close.

The property is beautiful, well‑maintained, flower‑covered and tree‑lined. Andréa welcomed us and gave great advice (parking in Pistoia, restaurant addresses…). The nights were tranquil and we woke to the birds singing. The fridge was very useful in the heat. A very good experience!

The site is enchanting, surrounded by greenery and breathtaking scenery. The apartment is fully renovated with taste. It’s quiet, calm, and safe. Our host was very helpful and gave us all the advice we needed. The private parking is perfect, with no space limits. It’s located 15 minutes from the Pistoia train station, which connects to Florence in 40 minutes. The kitchen equipment (pots, trash bags) is insufficient; there was no sink plug for washing dishes, so we improvised.
