“Cerca del aeropuerto, pero con varios problemas”

Positives: it's close to the airport, the receptionist is very friendly when she’s there, the colorful pictures give a nice touch and an Amazonian vibe, and the shower has good pressure. Negatives: when I arrived there was no one to greet me; I had to call and wait for a reply. I also encountered a real army of cats, which was unpleasant in the humid, hot environment, especially for someone with allergies. My room had poor ventilation and smelled strongly of damp and cat. The towel given also smelled damp and cat. The room doors didn’t close smoothly from the outside, so every guest who entered or left in the early morning would slam the door and wake others. One of those times I woke up, and when I got up to put on earplugs I found many cockroaches, especially in the bathroom. I killed several and even separated the bed from the wall as a precaution. Wi‑Fi didn’t work in my room. They told me they would change my room the next day, but never did. Although it’s close to the airport, it’s quite far from restaurants and transport options. They also told me the room had a “wide closet,” but in reality it was less than a meter wide with only two basic hooks. I definitely won’t stay here again.

Considering the price, the place isn’t terrible but don’t expect much; it’s pretty basic.

Marcela’s hospitality is special, and the place is very close to both the airport and Leticia’s main points. The room was comfortable and met my needs.
