Every staff member greeted us with a smile and handled everything superbly. The rooftop spa is men‑only but felt great. When staying multiple nights, the soba breakfast became monotonous, though it was tasty. The building is old, so if you’re sensitive to grime, the shower room’s cleanliness might bother you.
