The location was good, close to all sites yet outside the chaos; the rooftop terrace was gorgeous for sunsets, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful, even arranging hot‑air balloon and horse rides at a fair price. They were responsive to requests. In some rooms the air conditioning might not work properly.
Everything was great and the hotel offered stunning views from the back; the staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is a bit remote and the name is misleading because it's not really a cave hotel.

The location was also perfect for watching the hot air balloons during sunrise, with the pilots and passengers waving hello as they floated by. The staff, particularly Zehra and Irah, were incredibly hardworking and courteous, making sure we had everything we needed. After a few days, I was even offered a special eggs dish and a tour of the facilities, which was a lovely touch.

The location was also convenient, with a small convenience store nearby and a short drive to the nearby towns of Göreme and Avanos.
