The staff stayed polite throughout my stay. When I arrived, I was told there was no room available even though I had a confirmation, so I was downgraded to a small economy room that didn’t meet my expectations. There was no hot shower, the toilet didn’t flush properly, the foot rug at the bathroom door was very dirty, and the bedsheet had damaged spots.
