I arrived at the hotel at 4 am after my flight as a solo traveller, only to be told there was no room even though I had a confirmation email and an app confirmation; I was turned away from reception and had to wander the streets alone looking for other accommodation—2 / 10.

The price‑to‑value ratio is great—rooms are tidy, with excellent balconies and views (pick a room with a view yourself). The manager is insanely kind and pleasant, and the air‑conditioners are good. Breakfast is acceptable. The only downside is the music coming from the café below the hotel; they don’t turn it off at 00:00, but it’s still tolerable.
