We had stayed there before and came back because we loved the spot, close to all the major attractions in Madrid. The sofa bed was a downside.

The place is in a great spot, but the sofa bed is uncomfortable for a tall adult and the pillows are basic.

The location is fine, but the block was dirty, the building was ugly, neglected, unmaintained, and dark. The apartment clearly fell short of the photos, was very dim, lacked a freezer ice bucket, paper towels, or a coffee maker, had dirty bathroom walls, the bed only had a fitted sheet with no other linens or blankets, and there was only one cheap pillow per person. The view was bad. I do not recommend it at all.

The location is amazing with quick access to most historic sites, the city center, and the night is very quiet for rest. The living room sofa bed is somewhat uncomfortable, and the rug should be replaced.

The location is fantastic, just 3 min from a metro stop and a few minutes' walk from Puerta del Sol, and the check‑in service was very good. The apartment has been renovated but in a rather neglected way; it has two rooms but you can only use one, and the other two guests had to sleep on the sofa‑bed, which is quite uncomfortable. Kitchenware is scarce and the access is a bit tricky because the elevator drops you in a mezzanine, so you still have to walk up half a floor with your luggage.
