Cute room, very central location, lovely owner. Very thin blanket provided; I was cold throughout the night. Batumi is colder and I would have appreciated a kettle for hot water and self‑made coffee.

The price and location were great. We arrived late at night and, despite that, the host welcomed us with a friendly face. The shower and toilets were clean and comfortable, and the water was hot. There is air conditioning in the room and it worked excellently. There is a small sweet balcony and in the back of the building there is a nice café. The room was tiny, not very comfortable, lacked bedside lighting and blankets (we received an insufficient summer blanket). The shared café area is not equipped with coffee or milk.
