“Staff was great and made up for the other things that the hotel lacked.”

The staff were amazing. When i checked out, it was raining, and I didnt have an umbrella and they offered me a rain coat and cover for my backpack, which was so thoughtful. Seems simple, but never had any hotel offer this and I had to walk to the convention center, so it was very much appreciated! The location was absolutely amazing and perfect for this trip. I had a conference to attend at the convention center so it was very close by. The hallways had a very weird smell to it. My room, despite being a smoke-free room, did have a distinct smell to it as if people had previsouly smoked in it. The cleanliness of the room was ok. The bathroom wasn't as clean though. Tub looked like it wasn't cleaned very well and found hair as well, which was gross. This was a big factor for me, personally. The breakfast is veryyy limited and there are only 4 tables and a sign saying you can't take it to your room

“Hôtel très bien placé et agréable.”

La manager et presque tout le personnel sont adorables, bienveillants et aidants. Ils ont le smile!!! Proche des restaurants de Chinatow et du centre ville. Le premier soir, l’alarme de feu a sonné, cela faisait 2h que nous dormions (en plein décalage horaire), nous sommes descendus en pyjama en panique, la personne de l’accueil nous a juste indiqué une porte sans rien dire en gardant son calme, sans explications. Nous ne comprenions pas. En fait c’était une fausse alarme habituelle ! La manager lui a passé un savon

“Fantastic for the price!”

Front desk workers were super kind, polite and helpful. Convienant location in china town, and even the parking guy outside was friendly, and parkinf was only 35, which is great for philly. Room wasnt perfect, but for 85 dollars in philly, it was well above my expectations. Bathroom was clean, no noisy neighbors. Very happy with my stay. Nothing big at all. Some cosmetic issues in room but youre there to sleep and its 85 dollars

The location and room amenities—fridge and microwave—are good, but the staff should try harder to understand people who speak basic English. I asked on the first day to discount a day because I was leaving one day early (7 days instead of 8) and they denied it, so I paid for the unused day. The reception isn’t staffed continuously.
