The staff were outstandingly friendly and went out of their way to make guests happy. Our junior suite was spacious, comfortable and very hygienic. All in all, a very pleasant stay thanks to the good service and well‑maintained accommodation.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and matched the pictures. The breakfast offered a large selection and was tasty. It’s also very well located; you reach the centre of Hoi An or the beach relatively quickly.

The room was pleasant and fairly spacious. The bathroom was nice and bright. The hotel is neglected, with leaves piling up in the corridors, giving a sense of decay. The building is labyrinthine, and without an elevator you have to walk a long way to reach the room. Breakfast is the worst I’ve had in Vietnam. The sauna and Turkish bath are paid services.

The room’s atmosphere, surrounding greenery, and quiet made me want to stay again. The shower didn’t produce hot water and it was cold; next time I’d like hot water to be available.
