The location is right in the middle of town, early check‑in was accepted based on availability, and it’s close to eateries, bus stops, the taxi stand, and walkable to the lake, with comfy beds and rooms, yet no fan was available, and because it’s a hill station that can get hot in summer, the thick rug made the fan even more necessary.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, but the area outside the hotel is not good; the street gets muddy during rain, ground‑floor rooms are a bit stuffy with insufficient natural light, some door locks are faulty, and there are no food facilities.
