This is the best hotel I’ve experienced in all of Jordan! The staff are extremely helpful, and the breakfast manager is always attentive, offering plenty of tips for Petra. The restaurant boasts an amazing view, and the property is conveniently near Petra and the city centre. Highly recommended! The room was spotless, equipped with air‑conditioning, and the hotel has an elevator. Don’t hesitate to stay here!

Really good accommodation. Located close to Petra and all the shops and restaurants in Wadi Musa. The room was very clean, and I got one with a balcony - so I could see the beautiful sunset from my balcony after a long day in Petra. Lovely manager who offered everything that I needed. Since I had to leave very early in the morning, he packed me a big packet of breakfast also

The staff were genuinely friendly and always ready to lend a hand, even letting us check out later than the scheduled time so we could rest before the road. Breakfast was fairly tasty and the terrace offered a lovely view of Wadi Musa, while the room came with water, juice, waffles, soap and shampoo, plus air‑conditioning, and hot water, tea and coffee were available on the ground floor near reception. The floor in the room felt cold at first, but the AC warmed it up quickly; the furniture looked a bit dated, which didn’t bother us, and we kept in mind that this is a three‑star property, so luxury shouldn’t be expected.

The staff were exceptionally courteous and always on hand, the Visitors Centre was just a short walk away, and coffee was served in the lobby all day long. Everything turned out fine.

Absolutely wonderful! The people who run this hotel were incredibly friendly and went so far out of their way to help us with everything we needed. If we are lucky enough to come back to Petra one day we will definitely be staying here again!. Nothing!
