This hotel is pretty much average, with no real facilities to speak of in the rooms. The lack of hot water and basic amenities made for a pretty underwhelming stay. It's not terrible, but it's not exactly great either.

The hotel had a lot going against it. The room was clean, but the bed sheets were pretty rough. There was no bucket in the washroom, which made it hard to wash your hands properly. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping with any issues, which made the whole experience feel really impersonal.

The hotel's location is pretty central, but that's about where the positives end. I paid for an AC room, but the air conditioning wasn't working, and to make matters worse, the TV was dead. The cleanliness of the room was also a major issue, with dust and dirt everywhere. To top it all off, the staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful, making my stay a real nightmare.

I'm still trying to process how I fell for the fake ratings on this place. The moment I checked in, I knew something was off. I asked to be refunded immediately, but they flat out refused. They did offer to move me to a different room, which was slightly better, but it was still far from clean. The whole experience felt like a scam, and I'm convinced that the high ratings are fake. I wouldn't recommend wasting your money here.
