The old Victorian house was beautiful, with large rooms, high ceilings, and lovely decor throughout. I received a warm welcome and the loveliest hospitality from Betty, who cooked a beautiful breakfast and shared plenty of travel stories, adventures, and local recommendations. I’d definitely like to return. The little lanes around the property are very small, but that’s more of a characterful feature than a drawback. The house itself offers plenty of private off‑street parking.
