“Tranquil hotel in the jungle”

Very nice and calm area near many trails, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and from our window we could watch the sunrise; a mosquito net over the bed would have been nice.

“Beautiful peaceful mountain stay”

The spot’s a real green oasis, quiet and scenic, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The food was outstanding—some of the best curry I’ve tasted in Sri Lanka! Just keep in mind the place is pretty remote; the taxi driver wasn’t thrilled about climbing the hill, but that can be sorted out beforehand.

If you’re after nature, peace, and hiking over crowds and noise, this place hits the mark, especially with the owner’s kindness and the huge room. The view and hiking routes are great, and it’s a good base for visiting Amba Estate. The shower didn’t work well, but we told the owner and he asked what could be improved. The fruit and veggies were fresh and local, though the industrial jam at breakfast could be replaced with the homemade jam from Amba Estate.

I had a fantastic time at Rock N Fall, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Tharusha and the rest of the team. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way, and I was impressed by the staff's friendly demeanor and willingness to help. Although I didn't encounter any major issues during my stay, I did notice that the hotel's facilities are somewhat limited.

“Sehr schön”

I spent a wonderful few days at Rock'n Fall, and I must say, the location was perfect, with the hotel staff being extremely accommodating. Tharusus was an absolute delight, catering to my every need, showing me around, and being friendly and courteous throughout my stay. The only thing missing was an outdoor seating area with chairs. Despite this, my experience was truly exceptional.
