The staff were very respectful and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, but the traffic noise was an issue, which isn’t the hotel’s fault.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, and a shout out to Eunice at the front desk for being very cordial and proactive. The hotel sits on a quiet corner away from other busy spots. However, the shower fixture, sink (which drains slowly), and bidet are leaking and need fixing, and there’s no dishwashing soap provided.

I liked the location for why we were there. It was ok for a place to sleep while attending a event at SMX Clark. They had a buffett breakfast wasn't worst food just not food I would normally eat if I fixed my own breakfast
