Extended Stay America Novi Orchard Hill

The place was quiet and clean, and everyone was very nice and helpful.

“Adequate but not interested in repeat visit to that room anyway.”

The spot is easy to reach yet shielded from the highway, and the beds feel comfy. However, the room feels bare‑bones—no towel or toiletries hooks, no jacket hangers, and the furniture looks worn. The TV sits in a weird spot, and there’s only one chair at the table.

“Disappointing”

Nothing good here. The room had obvious cleanliness and maintenance problems: dust on counters and nightstands, cleaning wipes left black, carpet that looked unvacuumed, a dirty fridge with food residue, no microwave or coffee maker, a broken shower handle, and a toilet paper holder that fell off, leaving the roll on top of the toilet until it was fixed. Overall, the condition was poor and maintenance was lacking.

“Honest”

Convenience was there, and the staff initially seemed helpful, but two of my favorite team members were let go. The one person who remained behaved unprofessionally and couldn’t conduct business with integrity.

Breakfast was delicious, but the internet speed was slow.
