The hotel was simple and honest, just a 6‑minute drive from a major train stop for the fair (near Eschborner Sud there’s plenty of free interchange parking). Cleanliness was adequate, the room space was good (I was alone in a double), there was no fridge but it was very quiet for sleeping. The windows were sound‑proof, unless someone talks loudly outside, the silence is total. The staff were calm and helpful. Because I stayed on the raised floor I had to keep the curtain drawn at all times or anyone passing by would see into my room. Breakfast was good and fairly complete for 12 €, but it might be better to buy your own food and keep it in the room.

I had business early in the area, so I needed a hotel within walking distance; my room was very comfortable for a single night. Nothing really stood out, except that because an automotive fair was happening at the Messe the nightly rate had risen sharply from the normal rate, a trend seen at all Frankfurt hotels then. The hotel isn’t a convenient walk from the nearest public transport stop and is better suited for those with a car.

The room was cosy, but the location was too far from any bus stop. I’m not sure if the room wasn’t properly aerated, but it smelled, possibly from the previous tenant. Also, the staff didn’t check properly.

The staff were very friendly. The room was clean and there was free Wi‑Fi. However, the room was very small, the furnishings were sparse, old, and the floor was worn. The bed squeaked loudly, the bathroom seams and the lower part of the shower curtain had mildew spots. After showering the bathroom floor was flooded; I’m not sure if it was a leak in the shower base or the curtain didn’t close the cabin fully. The hallways were uncomfortable and overall the hotel was very noisy.
