“Great concept and location, but the rooms, facilities and breakfast need a little more attention.”

Staff and location were perfect. The concept is lovely in a great spot, with very friendly and helpful staff. However, the room could use some refurbishment and better ventilation—the air‑con filter was dusty, and the room felt quite dark and damp. There was also a slight musty smell from the flower bed. Breakfast could also be improved. Overall, the hotel has a lot of potential, and with a little more attention to these details, it could be a really lovely experience.

“Great location, well designed and aesthetically pleasing space.”

The spot is fantastic, with a sleek design and good air conditioning. The only hiccup was that the front desk didn’t coordinate well with housekeeping; when I asked about checking out, I was told it was at 12 noon, yet the cleaners came in at 10 am while I was still asleep.

“Great room for a couple visiting CDMX, in an amazing location within walking distance to everything!”

The location is unbeatable, and the unit is super comfy and within walking distance of Parque España, Parque México, Plaza de Río de Janeiro, and the lovely neighborhoods of Condesa, Roma Norte, and Roma Sur. The rooftop terrace offers great views, and the hotel sits right above a Michelin‑Guide‑rated restaurant, plus it’s only a 10‑minute walk to the area’s top restaurants, bars, and street‑food stalls. The room itself is beautifully designed with lovely tiles, a safe, air‑con, TV, and fridge, and the staff were very responsive, even storing our luggage after checkout for our evening flight. I’d recommend it to anyone who wants a stylish room in a quiet area near the best eateries, bars, and parks. The downside was that ventilation was poor; after a few days our belongings felt damp, the bathroom steams up, and without a shower door the water splashes onto the floor, soaking the bathmat each time.

It felt like an Airbnb—quiet and cozy, but there’s no front desk, so you have to call the host for the access codes. The hallway door doesn’t block out noise very well.
