The service was terrible, the facilities didn't match what was advertised at booking, and I wouldn't recommend this place.

“Pésimo servicio, nunca responden”

The service was awful. Nobody answered, I couldn't check in, and no emails or phone calls got through; after three hours outside I had to find another spot to stay, and others had the same issue—refund demanded.

The rooms were very comfortable and spotless, but they never responded or followed up when I requested an invoice; after sending everything on time, they said it would take 3 to 5 business days, yet I was still waiting after 7 business days and the month had ended, showing they didn't value my needs.

“Espacio bastante sucio y muy mal olor”

You could check in at any time, but the room was filthy, covered in hair and grime from different guests; we told the cleaning staff and they just fixed the bed and replied rudely that it wasn't their job. There was no free parking, even though space was available, and the parking that existed was overpriced. The room smelled awful like a drain and had no ventilation.

“lo justo para descansar”

The bed was fantastic and I'd stay again, but the remote didn't work, the Wi‑Fi password wasn’t written down, the shower was dirty with hair from the previous guest and had no shower products—adding those would help a lot. Traffic noise, especially from trailers, was loud, yet the WhatsApp support was excellent.
