The spot is awesome, everything is within walking distance, the room was clean and comfy with AC. The staff were a bit slow but still friendly and helpful, the bathroom was just average but fine, and the restaurant was mediocre but it got the job done.

Nothing about the room. The only reason I didn’t leave immediately was to avoid a cancellation penalty. The room was priced well above the Rajasthan average for the low season, but the conditions were unacceptable. The bathroom was full of mouse droppings, the bedsheets were filthy, and the room was covered in thick dust. Low season is no excuse for neglecting paying guests. When I complained, the staff cleaned up quickly but didn’t even bother to apologize for the serious health risk; they only changed the bedsheets. Highly unprofessional and deeply unhygienic.

The place is pretty cute, but it feels a bit neglected and the rooms could use a fresh coat of paint. Its location is decent because you can walk around the whole village. The staff are friendly, though English is a struggle for many of them. Cleaning could be better, but it gets the job done. Maybe because it’s low season, the hotel seemed somewhat unoperational. On the first day we ordered breakfast, but it felt rushed and unsatisfying, especially given how expensive it was compared to nearby restaurants, as if there was no real chef. All the fruit juices they offered were expired, even the alternatives, and we didn’t get any discount. We didn’t see other guests complaining, but at night the staff played music and worked in the room next to ours, and there were a lot of corridor noises until late. Overall, it felt like we were an extra guest in someone’s home.

The accommodation was very centrally located and relatively quiet in Mandawa. The staff were friendly. The room was very spacious and the bed very cozy. Everything was within walking distance. The bathroom could have been cleaner. At 3.30 am the temple singing started, which could disturb anyone with a light sleep. Otherwise it was quiet.
