1. Request was addressed though it was too late check-in in the night. 2. Location is great. 3. AC is good. 1. Breakfast was not good in Soul Curry. Coffee/tea was bad there. The bearer on Sunday was serious and unwelcoming. 2. Continuous chase of the property owner to have breakfast 1 and half hours before the actual closing time. 3. Was requested to check out on time even 1 day before

A fantastic place to stay in Panjim. Deric was so helpful, and provided a complimentary breakfast each day, in a top restaurant called Soul Curry, just round the corner. The room I had was spotless and included a large entrance hall and a veranda complete with ceiling fan. The air con inside kept the place nice and cool. A short walk to Fontainhas the Portuguese old town. The promenade is just over the road, a nice place to stroll to watch great sunsets. Deric was full of ideas on what to see and do in the area.
