The place is in a good spot, but the Wi‑Fi is terrible—extremely slow, often on‑off. A 200‑Baht deposit is required for the keycard, and we might forget to ask for a refund when checking out, which isn’t standard. The bed makes noise even when we’re just sitting. Breakfast was poor, with too few tables, so we had to wait for a seat.

The family room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable; the room and bathrooms were spotless. However, the staff were incredibly rude and the breakfast was very limited and of poor quality.
