I spent a second consecutive summer at Svitlana. I really liked that the room had a balcony overlooking lush greenery and flowers. All the necessary kitchenware, a refrigerator, a steamer, and a hair dryer were available.

Thanks for the hospitality! Everything was fine and fairly convenient. But the neighbors ruined our entire stay—pass the big hello to them! We drove 1000 km to relax in peace away from explosions and sirens, yet from 8 am to 7 pm all week we heard the screech of tiles being cut and then thudding. No complaints about the accommodation itself. There is no exhaust fan in the toilet or shower, and the sound insulation is poor.

Clean, cozy, very sweet host Svitlana, and everything needed is there. Everything was liked.

The house is truly situated under a hill. Initially it was a bit hard to climb, but we got used to it. The owner Svitlana welcomed us and let us check in an hour earlier than the stated policy. The location is within a 20‑minute walk to the waterfall and a 15‑minute walk to the train station. The downside was the sound insulation; the building is made of wood, so the upstairs neighbors walked like they were on the head and we could hear their conversations through the wall.

A pleasant host greeted us, explained everything, gave a mini room tour of the estate. The room is budget‑friendly and very comfortable, with all the basic amenities; the kitchen is shared and a fridge is provided. The balcony views are unbeatable, both from the common area and from the room itself, which left us very satisfied 😇. All liked 👍🔥🥰.
