I would rename this place from Hotel pod zámkem to Ubytovna pod zámkem. The facilities are really basic. The whole building still looks good, but the price matches that. I would appreciate a kettle and mugs in the room. The breakfast price only includes one small hot beverage, which is too little. The whole accommodation looks like a makeshift place to sleep.

Veľmi dobrá lokalita, kúsok k zámku, na autobus, do kostola a do centra mesta. Personál veľmi príjemný a ochotný. Raňajky sme nemali kvôli času, podávajú ich až od 8,30 a autobus nám na turistiku odchádzal 8,27. Nebolo možné dohodnúť raňajky na skoršiu hodinu, ale čaj ochotne pripravili. Hotelík jednoduchý, na izbe nie je chladnička ani kanvica na čaj, treba s tým počítať. Obed sme posledný deň mali a kuchyňa je vynikajúca! Fén sme si vyžiadali, bol k dispozícii. Prekvapilo nás jednoduché vybavenie, ale nakoniec sme s tým boli v pohode

The hotel’s location under the castle is magical, the interior layout is functional and well thought out, and the restaurant is pleasant. The staff are friendly. The rooms are small but adequate for sleeping, and they suited us perfectly. At night it was almost completely quiet; the chimes from the castle tower every quarter hour didn’t disturb us, and we slept well after exhausting day trips in the area. The only real issue is that it’s hard to point out anything major.

The apartment is comfortable, located centrally under the castle, with tasty breakfast, quiet, and good staff contact. Check‑in was self‑service. The room lacked a hair dryer and shower gel; only shampoo was provided. Breakfast was not a buffet but a menu.
